It's the Perfect Space for EVENTS is dedicated and passionate about bringing families, friends and community together in shared spaces to create worthwhile experiences, all while helping you to build memories that last a lifetime for the ones you love and cherish!  

Our amenities include a 2,400 sq. ft. indoor space and 2400 sq. ft. outdoor space, which holds up to 300 guests depending on the layout design utilizing both the indoor & outdoor venue. We specialize in Micro Weddings! The space can also be used on weekdays at an hourly rate minimum 4 hours. We help you to celebrate family and friends’ birthdays, graduations, Sweet 16th, Celebrations of Life, Repass dinners, Pastor anniversaries, organization events, conferences and so much more. You chose the mood for your event: Intimate, Modern or Elegant, we will make it happen.

Scroll down and reserve your date with a deposit.  Anyone can choose to split their event payment up using Affirm as a payment option to spread the payments over 8 week to 12 months. We are centrally located near downtown  Monroe off Spring Street and Breedlove with easy access to nearby surrounding cities: Loganville, Between, Grayson, Winder, Good Hope, Social Circle, Conyers, and Athens, Georgia. Private Host Suite and Air Purifiers are available upon request.
